For over 15 years, I've built the operational and financial infrastructure that education and social impact organizations need to grow and deliver on their missions — as COO, Chief of Staff, Finance Director, and Program Director inside foundation- and VC-backed organizations.

I founded 16th Street Advisory to bring that experience directly to organizations that need senior-level guidance without the full-time commitment. My clients get someone who understands how these organizations actually work — the board dynamics, the funding constraints, the talent challenges — because I've lived them.

I currently serve as Vice Chair of a New York City charter high school board and am active in the broader philanthropic community.

I hold a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership through the Broad Residency, and an M.P.A. in Public Affairs from Princeton.
